Hi! My name is Lea Marie Ravotti. I was born in the Czech Republic and graduated with a Master's degree in Art Education and Art History.

My passion is in picture books. I believe picture books to be art galleries for children. I collect them and force them as gifts on everyone around me.

MESSY MONKEYS, published by POW! Kids Books in February 2024, and SIGNS AND MYSTERIES, published by Our Sunday Visitor are two recent books that I've illustrated. I'm a member of SCBWI and Pittsburgh Society of Illustrators.

My newest title that I illustrate is SIDEWALK CHALK, published by Gnome Road Publishing in fall 2025.

I live with my husband and our three girls in Pennsylvania.
